8th Congress of Croatian Camping was held in Hotel Alan from 28th to 30th of October 2014., organized by the KUH (Croatian Camping Association). This year's edition of the traditional paper will attempt to provide answers to many questions regarding the future of camping industry, creating the conditions for sustainable development, legislation and current international trends. An important component of the congress will be the presentation of a large number of manufacturers of mobile homes of various European manufacturers, which will provide insight into the latest trends in design and future development directions. In addition to representatives of national tourism bodies and institutions and local experts in the work of the Congress will participate famous international guests and experts like Alan Rogers, director of Cornel Starvera, Gaetano Iaccarino, director of research and development of the Italian Rimini Fiera, Marc Walter, director of the European Association for Environmental Certification camp "Eco Camping", and many other distinguished guests from home and abroad. From 14th to 17th of October 2014, Rovinj and Istra Hotel on the Red Island hosted the 19th conference of Croatian Oracle User Group (HrOUG), which this year was the central gathering place for the Oracle community, as well as other participants in the ICT environment.
