From 9th to 12th October 2014 4th Balkan Spa Summit took place in Terme Tuhelj, Tuheljske Toplice, professional meeting aimed at coordination and cooperation to improve the quality of the spa and wellness, health tourism and human resources. The speakers and participants of the conference discussed issues related to the development of medical tourism, international experience in the field of privatization and business and legal issues associated with rehabilitation and health care facilities, global marketing trends in health tourism, innovation and potential investment in particular areas, the EU funds, as well as the impact of the development of human resources management on business performance. Laserline on this summit promoted Laser*WELL IT module for wellness services and products, monitoring and recording activities in the wellness center (SPA and Sport).
