In accordance with the GDPR regulation, Laserline as a Processor for personal data is authorized to perform certain processing activities for the Controller in the scope of providing contracted support to the Controller's personal data contained in the database, but solely on the written request of the Controller in which it specifies type of processing and the personal data that are the subject of such processing. If personal data are processed, please download the Request document, fill in and send us in electronic form.

Help-desk service is available to partners and is authorized to solve problems without program modification. If the help-desk is not able to solve the problem, request from a partner with all information (name of a partner company, name of employee who is responsible for its request, the date of the request, the urgency of the request, and a description of the request / problem) is forwarded to the project manager and tracked.
Help Desk service will provide information to partner in written form (usually e-mail) about the steps and time required to solve the problem. If a partner asks for program changes, consultation, or help in solving organizational problems, Help Desk wil send quote with details for the resolution of such queries. After quote is accepted by the partner, Laserline will start with problem approach to solving procedure.
