Within the framework of providing contracted support, Laser Line may perform personal data processing only upon the written request of the Data Controller, specifying the exact type of processing and the data subject to processing.

Purpose: Video surveillance is used to protect property, business premises, equipment and vehicles in the car park, and to protect the lives and safety of employees and visitors against theft, burglary, damage and other unlawful acts.
Legal basis: The controller's legitimate interests under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR and Articles 26 and 27 of the Croatian Act on the Implementation of the General Data Protection Regulation (ZPODP).
The video surveillance system covers the external approaches, the building entrances and exits, and the car park of Laser Line d.o.o. at Tribje 17, Umag.
Cameras do not cover areas where a high level of privacy is expected (such as toilets and rest areas).
Recordings may be accessed only by authorized persons within Laser Line d.o.o. or by contracted processors (e.g. a licensed security company that maintains the system).
Data may be disclosed to the competent public authorities (the police, courts, the State Attorney's Office) only upon their formal written request, for use as evidence in criminal, misdemeanor or court proceedings.
Personal data from the video surveillance system is not transferred to third countries outside the European Union or the European Economic Area.
Video recordings are kept for no longer than 14 days from the date they are made.
After this period, recordings are automatically deleted (overwritten).
Exceptionally, if a recording is needed as evidence in court, administrative, misdemeanor or other proceedings, it will be kept until those proceedings are finally concluded.
As a data subject whose data is being processed, you have the following rights under the conditions set out in the GDPR:

The video surveillance system is protected by technical and organizational measures (physically secured equipment, access passwords, encryption).
In accordance with Article 28 of the ZPODP, the company keeps an automated log that records who accessed the video recordings, when and for what purpose.
