- Creation of inventory lists by location - organize the stocktake down to the individual room level for complete asset control
- Fast asset entry - add assets via barcode/QR code scanning, manual entry, or by searching by name
- Photos and comments - document asset condition with images and notes directly within the app
- Disposals, transfers, and new assets - propose assets for disposal, automatically create transfer proposals, and enter new or unidentified assets with an overview of all inventoried items
